閱讀理解是高考的重頭戲。在沖刺階段,應(yīng)有計(jì)劃地安排考生多進(jìn)行一些限時(shí)訓(xùn)練,通常每五篇閱讀材料作為一組,在35到40分鐘里完成。這樣既可以保證考場(chǎng)上充沛的閱讀精力和體力,又可以營(yíng)造考試的氛圍,還提高了閱讀速度。不要忘了The examination is a race against time(考試就是和時(shí)間賽跑)。同時(shí),為了適應(yīng)高考閱讀材料,不妨讀一些難易程度適中、原汁原味的文章,有條件的同學(xué)可以讀21th Century(成人版),English
Salon,也許會(huì)起到無心插柳柳成蔭的效果。我們不僅要加強(qiáng)閱讀訓(xùn)練,而且要注重以下幾個(gè)方面:閱讀要有廣度;閱讀要有深度;閱讀要有速度,按考試說明中35分鐘的建議答題時(shí)間計(jì)算,讀速應(yīng)達(dá)60WPM左右。
不但要快速閱讀、整體理解,還要注意積累詞語!奥牪欢,說不出,讀不通,寫不好,都是英語單詞記得少!比绻愕脑~匯量達(dá)到或超過大綱的要求,對(duì)付任何試題也就不成問題。做閱讀題時(shí),一遍瀏覽大意,二遍各個(gè)擊破,三遍檢查核對(duì)。閱讀時(shí)眼中有字,心中揣意,把握命題原則――“大小猜判”。(大―― 考查大意;小―― 細(xì)節(jié)辨別;猜――
字詞句義;判―― 推理判斷。)判斷文章的中心思想時(shí),注意全文的中心不可太具體,但也不能與文章內(nèi)容相差太遠(yuǎn)。猜測(cè)詞義一定要看上下文,因?yàn)橛⒄Z的特點(diǎn)是沒有上下文就沒有意思。在做閱讀理解題時(shí),要學(xué)會(huì)將文章、題干、選項(xiàng)統(tǒng)一起來,在理解文章的基礎(chǔ)上,領(lǐng)會(huì)考查內(nèi)容。閱讀理解不是考查考生語法知識(shí),因此在做答時(shí)不能忽略細(xì)節(jié),要利用細(xì)節(jié)對(duì)文意進(jìn)行推理和判斷,看各選項(xiàng)在意思上有什么不同,切勿忽視做題的第一印象。
5. 單詞拼寫
近幾年起高考試題中又出現(xiàn)了單詞拼寫題。在評(píng)卷中發(fā)現(xiàn)它的正確率最低?忌鷤淇贾袘(yīng)注意:音形結(jié)合記憶;分式記憶(不規(guī)則動(dòng)詞)(AAA式,如put
put put。ABB式,如buy bought bought。ABA式,如come came come。ABC式,如do did done。);分類記憶;對(duì)比記憶,如:come-go, right-left等;區(qū)別記憶,如同義詞或近義詞learn,

quilt, quick, quiz等;分解記憶,適用于復(fù)合詞,如newspaper―news+paper等;聯(lián)想記憶,如school聯(lián)想到teacher, student, class, desk,
classmate, headmaster, college, university等;前后綴記憶,如:care-careful-careless-carefully-carelessly等;“不等式”找感覺記憶,對(duì)表示頻率及時(shí)光、歲月的詞用“不等式”找感覺記憶,如:
always>often>usually>sometimes>once
in a while>never;
year>season>month>week>day>hour>minute>second等;連詞成句成文記憶。
單詞拼寫考查的重點(diǎn)單詞為以下三種情形:有的單詞較長(zhǎng),難記住,有的屬于僅靠發(fā)音也分不清字母的,還有的屬于通過漢語意思較能猜測(cè)單詞的?忌诖痤}過程中還要特別注意詞尾的變化――名詞的單復(fù)數(shù),動(dòng)詞的時(shí)態(tài)、語態(tài)和人稱,形容詞和副詞以及它們的比較等級(jí)。
6. 短文改錯(cuò)
短文改錯(cuò)的實(shí)質(zhì)就是同學(xué)們自己考自己。在臨戰(zhàn)階段同學(xué)之間可互相批改自己的習(xí)作,互相發(fā)現(xiàn)錯(cuò)誤,這樣既提高了寫作水平又練習(xí)了改錯(cuò)。
7. 寫作
也是同學(xué)們?nèi)菀讈G分的部分,越是到最后越要重視寫作,要多看一些范文,多背一些好句,不要忘了:熟讀唐詩三百首,不會(huì)寫來也會(huì)吟。另外還要用一些常用動(dòng)詞和句式,做一些漢譯英的練習(xí)。臨陣磨槍,不快也光?忌痤}過程中要注意:
(1)注意審題,確定要點(diǎn)。
(2)仔細(xì)閱讀寫作要求及注意事項(xiàng),確定要點(diǎn)、確定格式、題材及基本要點(diǎn)。
(3)擴(kuò)展要點(diǎn)。先給要點(diǎn)加上主語和修飾語,然后豐富要點(diǎn), 把要點(diǎn)擴(kuò)展成句子,將句子補(bǔ)充完整,向高級(jí)升華。
(4)連句成篇。連句成篇時(shí),要注意正確使用連接詞。
(5)全面檢查,書法規(guī)范。注意檢查拼寫、標(biāo)點(diǎn)符號(hào)錯(cuò)誤;人稱、時(shí)態(tài)、語態(tài)錯(cuò)誤;句子結(jié)構(gòu)和邏輯錯(cuò)誤;考慮語篇結(jié)構(gòu);考慮句式的變化和詞匯的豐富。書法規(guī)范就是英語單的書寫要規(guī)范,做到“橫三齊,豎平行”。
在高考的復(fù)習(xí)沖刺階段,考生要在鞏固已有知識(shí)的基礎(chǔ)上,盡量在語境中掌握這些知識(shí)的用法,理解其含義,重視對(duì)活躍動(dòng)詞的復(fù)習(xí),繼續(xù)加大閱讀,提高語感,為閱讀和完形填空做好準(zhǔn)備。同時(shí)注意文章的時(shí)效性,題材的多樣化。特別關(guān)注人與人、人與自然的和諧,健康與飲食,環(huán)保與節(jié)能內(nèi)容的文章,突出加強(qiáng)寫作能力的培養(yǎng)和單詞記憶。

Now I’ll tell you something about our research project The World Food Crisis on behalf of our group. As you know, food shortages have hit many countries in the world and even caused social unrest in some areas. But who is responsible for the current world food crisis? First, annual world grains output has declined because of climate change. Then lots of farmland has been lost due to the rapid development of industry and urbanization. Besides, faced with the rising energy prices, people have turned to the production of biofuels, which has worsened the severe situation.
Then what should we do to deal with the problem? On one hand, we should focus on the environmental protection and improve the ecology. On the other hand, strict measures should be taken to protect farmland. No one can avoid being influenced by advertisements. With the development of the eco-tourism, eco-hotel are fast becoming the daring of the travel industry. These days, however, staying at an eco-hotel doesn't necessarily mean vacationing in a tree house in the Costa Rican jungle, although that is certainly a choice.
