This morning, our school holds a fire drill(演練). We were listening the teacher attentively in the math class after we heard the fire alarm from the speaker on the wall. The teacher stopped teach immediately and organized us to exit the classroom quickly. When we got into the passageway, we found us surrounded by smoke. It was chocking but our tears ran down. We students bent down, covered our mouth with handkerchiefs, and running downstairs rapidly into the open on the playground, just as we had been taught ago. Fire disasters are often seeing on TV and read about in the newspaper. We should know the skill to escape from the fire in case of emergency.

Today is Sunday. I've been in Russia for two months. This is the first time that I've been away my family for such a long time. With the help of Katia, a roommate of me, I've soon got used to live without my parents around. Katia, like many other Russian girls, are nice and lively. We became  friends shortly after we met each other. Although her English is a little hardly to understand, we enjoy chatting and we usually talk a lot about our own family. I was angry about the act of dishonesty in the exams． I'm not saying that I'm a goodstudent or I've never cheated. I once wrote the answer in my hand for a history testbut , unlucky, was caught by my teacher．Because she was one of my most favorites,there were no words to describe how sorry．I felt at once．I thought cheat would helpme keep my straight A's．Little did I know that I was hurting not only herself but also myteacher．From this lesson I know teacher want students to succeed by learning on theirown and do the best they can, not by cheating．
