I'm a senior high student in a key school of Banding city.  I'm fond of play basketball  It is known by us that the college entrance examination is approaching and we should get good prepared for it.  Thus I had no choice but play basketball just on holidays.  However, I really hope to do it every day, and my parent insist that I give it up.  They think learning is their first task and I should throw whole of myself into study.  How do you think of it? Could you give me some advice on how to deal with the problem?

Friendship is very importance. Everyone needs friendship. In all your lives we can’t live without friendship just as we can’t live without air and water. True friendship must be sincere and be based on understanding each other but not on benefits of each other. A good of friend can always be a good teacher to us. By his advices we are persuading to go the right way. However, the more friends we have, better we can improve ourselves.

Three years ago I failed an important exam in my life and became a student in a ordinary school. Disappointing as I felt at the shabby campus and the poorly-equipped classroom, I found the teachers patiently and considerate. Besides, I enjoyed the friendly atmosphere in class. I decided make the best of it. I worked hard and get along well with my teachers and classmates. Whenever I had difficulties, they were always available. Soon, I became one of the top student in my class, and which greatly increased my confidence and got him motivated.
My experience tell me that it is not what you are given but how you make use for it that determines who you are.

Three friends and I was driving on a highway. While we were going at least 50 miles per hour, we passed over a car. It had broken down, stopped on the side of the road. My plane was an hour late when it landed at Kansas City International Airport. Standing right next to my luggages, I wondered how I should do in case no one would turn up to meet us.
