Three years ago I failed an important exam in my life and became a student in a ordinary school. Disappointing as I felt at the shabby campus and the poorly-equipped classroom, I found the teachers patiently and considerate. Besides, I enjoyed the friendly atmosphere in class. I decided make the best of it. I worked hard and get along well with my teachers and classmates. Whenever I had difficulties, they were always available. Soon, I became one of the top student in my class, and which greatly increased my confidence and got him motivated.

I’m very glad to hear from you. In your last letter you ask about the post-80s in China. Actually I am the boy who belongs to this group. Comparing with our parents, life for us is getting much hard. Nowadays, lots of students plan to study abroad and study abroad has been popular in our country. More and more middle school students would like to go to abroad. Is it good to study abroad? In my opinion, on the one hand, it had some advantages. Studying abroad can provide better studying condition. Playing the violin was once one of my dream．Because of lack of practice and playing skills，I did it very bad in the beginning and was often laughing at by other students．Gradually，I lost confidence to myself and wanted to give up．But my teacher told me．“Nothing was easy．Struggle is a vital part of our life．”Heard that，I pushed myself harder and began making a rapid progress．Eventually，I won the first place in a violin competition．
