One hot day,an ant went to the river to drink some water. But he fell in and couldn't get out.

A bird saw the ant was in danger (危險) “I must help him ,” she thought. “If I pick up a leaf (葉子) and put it on the water,the ant can get onto it. It is like a little boat. ” So the bird put a leaf on the water and the ant climbed onto it. “Thank you,Miss Bird,” said the ant. “I will help you some day.
