Last summer vacation, I, together with my parents, went on a trip to Vancouver. Surrounded by mountains and the Pacific Ocean, Vancouver is the biggest port city in the west of Canada. Because of the warm and pleasant weather, there are lots of lakes, forests and national parks around. The scenery is so beautiful that thousands of people are attracted to travel here from different countries.

During the daytime, my parents and I went sailing in the harbor, enjoying the sea breeze and waves. In the evening, we went shopping in the downtown, wandering along the busy streets. Besides, we paid a visit to a famous national park nearby the city.

In a word, we had great fun in Vancouver and I was deeply impressed by the beauty of the city. I truly hope that I will have another chance to visit it.
