I’m glad to make a speech here. When I look back on the past three years, what has impressed me most is the sports meet, in which we ranked first in the 800-meter relay race. It was through our mutual efforts that we won at last, which always reminds me of the importance of teamwork.

Besides, I feel grateful to my teachers, parents and friends, without whose help and support I wouldn’t have achieved so much. Not only have I accumulated lots of knowledge, I’ve also got plenty of experience by participating in various social activities. I’m deeply convinced that I’ll benefit a great deal from my high school life.

In the years to come, I will go all out to do everything well for a brighter future.

I’m glad to make a speech here. How time flies! Three years have gone by before we know it. At this very moment, memory has come flooding back to me. I can clearly remember the unforgettable mornings when the teacher would come to school so early to help me with my English. But for her timely help, I wouldn’t have won the first prize in the National English Speech Contest. I owe my rapid progress in every aspect to my kind teachers.

It won’t be long before we graduate from senior high school. In my future years, I will devote myself to studying English literature which interests me so much. Here I heartedly wish everyone here great success in the coming College Entrance Examination!
