The school asked us to do some social activities in this year’s summer holidays.I began to work as a waiter in a small restaurant yesterday.At first I thought it was an easy job，but in fact it turned out to be a hard one.In the morning，I washed the dishes and vegetables and set the tables.I didn’t have lunch until 2 pm.After lunch，I did the same work until 11 pm.I worked more than ten hours.Although I felt very tired，I have understood the value of hard work and I’ve also realized it is very difficult for my parents to support the family.I am determined to study hard to repay my parents.
