China's telecommunication giant(通訊巨頭)Huawei has launched an App called Story Sign that will make it easier for deaf children and their parents to read bedtime stories.
The App uses image and optical(視覺的)character recognition(識別)to help deaf children to read by turning written text into a show of sign language. Users can also choose a book from the App's book library that is shown in sign language using active characters. The first book on the Story Sign platform is the popular children's book Spot the Dog.
