The use of technology in the classroom is nothing new, but Top cliff Primary School is breaking new ground by helping autistic(閉癥的) children through robot friends. These robots can dance, play games and Tai Chi.

Dr. Goldberg, a teacher from University of Birmingham, said, ＂Studies show that autistic children often find computers and technology safe. So we wonder how technology can help them to communicate(交流). They are trying the robots in the classroom. The robots are teaching them right things and acting as friends.＂

Ian Lowe, a teacher from Top cliff Primary School, said, ＂The robots are very smart at helping autistic children with their learning. In the future we hope they can help with learning at home.＂

Bikes are popular in the Dutch(荷蘭). In fact, nearly half of all travel in the Dutch is by bike. Now, one Dutch bike designer(設(shè)計(jì)師), Thomas, has taken the country’s interest in bikes by making a school bus bike.
