For the second year , First Lady Michelle Obama is hosting the Healthy Lunchtime Challenge . The contest asks kids aged 8 to 12 to hand in lunch recipes that are nutritious（有營養(yǎng)的）, and delicious . One winner from each of the 50 states（州）, will be invited to attend the Kids’ State Dinner at the White House , where winning recipes will be served .

Friendship is the most important thing in the world. But how do you find a real friendship and keep it？

An American writer tells young students some smart ways to find friends. He says finding friendship is just like planting a tree. You plant the seed(種子) and take care of(照顧) it to make it grow(生長).
