If you want to get a new cell phone number, don’t forget to bring your ID(身份證明) with you .
As of September 1, people have to register(注冊(cè)) with their ID to buy a new cell phone number. You can show your ID card or hukou, but student ID’s won’t work.
If you already have a cell phone number, it is better to register it before 2013.
The new rules are meant to prevent junk messages and fraud(詐騙) through cell phones.
A cell phone user in China on average received 43.3 messages a week in the first half of this year. According to reports, about 12 of those were junk messages.
In a survey, about 74.5 percent of users said they have received fraudulent(詐騙的) messages.
If all people register their cell phone number with ID information, it will be easier for police to find the people behind those messages.
Situations in other countries
Because cell phone are getting more and more popular, many countries have made stricter cell phone rules.
Countries like India, Japan, Australia, and Singapore all ask users to register their ID information.
Ulrich Mller is a German living in Beijing. “In Germany, you have to show your ID when you buy a cell phone card,” he said. “The rules have been there for a long time. Most people know about it.”
Linda van der Horst is a student at Peking University. She said that in the Netherlands(荷蘭),people have to show ID information and bank account(賬戶) information to buy a cell phone card.

The aim of students who come to school is to study. But study requires a right way, or you waste either the time or the money. The following are the ways for studying.
The best time for reading is morning, because in the morning, the air is fresh and the mind is clear. For that reason, we can get good results.
In studying we must have patience. If we have not known a text well, we must read it again. We should not read the next one till we have learned the first one.
When we are studying, we must put our hearts into the book, or we can get nothing from the book while we are reading.
We must always ask “ why” . If it is not well understood, write it down and ask our teachers or our parents, brothers or friends. In any possible way, we must know it completely and what we’ve learned can be used well and made better.

Once a circle lost a piece of its own. The circle wanted to be whole, so it went around looking for its missing piece. But because it was incomplete(不完整的),it could only roll(滾) very slowly. It enjoyed the flowers and the sunshine along the way. It talked with insects(昆蟲). It found lots of different pieces, but none of them fitted. So it left them all by the side of the road and kept on looking for the missing piece. Then one day the circle found a piece that fitted perfectly, it put the missing piece into itself. It could be whole, with nothing missing. It was so happy and began to roll. Now that it was a perfect circle, it could roll very fast, too fast to see flowers or talk to insects. It realized how different the world was when it rolled so quickly. It felt so sad that it stopped, left the piece it found by the side of the road and rolled away slowly.
Sometimes, we are perfect when we lose something. A man who has everything is a poor man in some ways. He will never have hopes, dreams or something better.
