2.保持健康的方法：

第一、要有健康的飲食習(xí)慣－－吃足夠的食物、不要太多也不要太少；多吃水果蔬菜；要有規(guī)律吃等等

第二、要有良好的生活習(xí)慣－－早睡早起；勤洗手等。

第三、運(yùn)動(dòng)能讓我們身強(qiáng)體壯，精力充沛。每天至少鍛煉一小時(shí)等。

3.自己的看法（至少一條）

注意事項(xiàng)：

1．短文必須包括所有內(nèi)容要點(diǎn)，不要逐句翻譯，可適當(dāng)發(fā)揮，使短文連貫、通順。
