Dear Miss Li,
I think you'd better use both English and Chinese. The best way to learn English is to use it. When you teach in English, it's good for our listening. At the same time it is helpful to improve our speaking, reading and writing. However, if you only use English, we can't follow you sometimes, especially when you explain grammar rules and language points.
