How do you feel when you get up in the morning? Happy and active or tired and weak?
Do you often wake up with a headache(頭痛)? Well, if the answer is yes, take Dr. Talbot’s advice and start feeling better.
☆ Get up and move. If you hate feeling tired and unhappy, you should start exercising, Try running, swimming or cycling.
