Hi, everyone! I am Paul Hawking, the trip leader for this weekend' s activity. It’s that time of the year again when the days are long and it is nice to sit outside and enjoy some oysters(牡蠣).
We plan to head out to the Mission Bay this Sunday for a beach picnic. You can buy fresh oysters at the Mission Bay Oyster Company and you just need to pay $6 to $l0 for each dozen, depending on the size. It' s on Sunday, June 30.
We will meet at the Student Center at 9:00 a.m. and all go together. The driving time is one and a half to two hours, and the time of return is still uncertain. Come and join us in what must now be the 4th or 5th such trip for the Outing Club.
The oyster farm has a small picnic area with chairs and barbecue grills (燒烤架). Bring some briquettes (煤球) if you would like to grill. Except for oysters, oysters and oysters, little is available there, so please bring your own food and drinks. And of course, if you have any special oyster recipes (食譜), bring them make them and share them!
The weather forecast says it's going to be sunny and around 26°C this weekend. My telephone number is 408-896-3228. Please feel free to call me if you have any questions. Remember to finish your homework before we leave for the picnic.

As students, you may have many dreams. They can be very big like becoming Superman, or they can be small. You may just want to become one of the ten best students in your class.
If you find a dream, what do you do with it? Do you ever try to make your dream come true?
Follow Your Heart by Australian writer Andrew Matthews tells us that making our dreams come true is life’s biggest challenge.
“You may think you’re not very good at some school subjects, or that it is impossible (不可能) for you to become a star. These ideas stop you from getting your dream,” the book says.
In fact, everyone can make his dream come true. The first important thing you must do is to remember what your dream is.
Don’t let it leave your heart (心). Keep telling yourself what you want. Do this step by step (一步一步地) and your dream will come true faster. A big dream is, in fact, many small dreams.
Never give up (放棄) your dream. There will be difficulties on the road. But the biggest problem comes from yourself. You need to decide what is the most important. Studying instead of (代替) watching TV will bring you better exam points. Saving five yuan instead of buying an ice cream means you can buy a new book.
